Have you tried defaulting BIOS settings yet? 
This issue I would place more to do with BIOS related values (even vanilla settings) being written with a percentage of error due to a power related problem. If not, the entire BIOS and ME FW regions require reconstruction and programmed back to the SOIC again.

Game console Nintendo 64 is already a classic 64-bit console from Nintendo. It debuted in 1996 in Japan, and finally came out around the world in 1997. This is the last serious console that used cartridges as physical media. Its competitors were Sony PlayStation and Sega Saturn.

The console was supposed to be the most revolutionary in the generation, and the games would be released on CD.
